- External shell : brickwork or rendered finish, tiled or Colorbond roof, insulation to walls and ceilings, double-glazed aluminium windows and sliding doors.
- Internal finishes: high ceilings, oversized doors, quality skirting and architraves, cornices, plasterboard linings and villa board to wet areas.
- Kitchens & joinery: stone benchtops, overhead cabinets, quality appliances allowance, functional storage layouts and soft-close hardware.
